I came up with the essential idea, shaping the word Baloo to look like the truck, but it took a proper artist to make it happen.
Fish.
Lots of fish drying in racks outside. They are very keen on this is Northern Norway. Called Stockfish, it is cured in a fermentation process where cold-adapted bacteria matures the fish, similar to the maturing process of cheese. Stinks like hell and why anyone would want to eat this is beyond me.
